Your questions about the Willerby Nutrition club
The free assessment, the club, the plan and the calculators. Replies to what visitors ask most.

The free assessment
Is that first assessment truly free?
Yes. The first assessment is free and you are under no obligation. See what the free assessment measures.
How far is the club from Hull?
No. The club is based in Willerby, around 7.3 km in a direct line from the heart of Hull. How far nearby towns are.
How can I reserve the free assessment?
Use the contact form here, or give us a ring. The club rings you back at midday, mid-afternoon or evening.
The club
Where do I find the club?
At 24 Main Street, Willerby, west of Hull. Willerby is home to the club, and members arrive from the towns and villages around too, Kirk Ella, Anlaby, West Ella, Cottingham, Swanland, Skidby, Hessle, North Ferriby and Hull.
When is the club open?
Monday to Friday, from 7am to 11am. Saturday, from 8am to 11am. Closed on Sunday.
The programme
Is it necessary to be at the club every day?
Support comes daily, and many members with jobs stop in for breakfast on the way to work. You settle the pace together at the assessment.
Do my favourite meals have to go?
No. The plan you follow at the club in Willerby is shaped by your likes and your daily routine, and nobody goes hungry.
How much is the programme?
You learn the price at the assessment, as it depends on your goal. Nothing is charged for the first assessment and nothing binds you.
The calculators
Can BMI alone tell me if I should slim down?
No. BMI treats fat and muscle alike. Your waist measurement, together with the body fat figure from your assessment, gives a fuller picture.
Is my information kept?
No. The sums run on your own screen. The club receives nothing and nothing is kept.
Do the calculators suit everybody?
They were made for adults. If you are expecting, under 18, past 65 or sitting below 18.5, ask your doctor.
Become a coach
Do you have to be a member first to train as a coach?
Yes, you begin as a member of the club. Next comes training as a coach. Further down the line, as your path unfolds, you can set up a club yourself.
Pick an online club or one with a venue?
Both routes work well, and some do both. Online, you start with no venue and look after members through video calls. A club with its own venue gathers people for breakfast each morning. Phillipa and Pete talks through the right fit with you when you meet at the club.
The club does not replace medical advice. When to see a GP or a dietitian.
